2001年5月中山市小榄镇托尔拓电子厂在中山小榄镇成立，专业从事电子镇流器、节能灯、支架、和光源产品的研发生产和销售，拥有TOERTO牌的系列产品。

2003年公司通过不断的加强研发队伍，形成了完整的研发中心。到目前为止公司生产的100多款产品获得CCC、CE、CB、RoHS、CNS认证证书。

2005年公司通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证。

2008年,搬迁至中山小榄镇盛丰安顺路兴裕工业区，于2009年更名为中山托尔拓电子有限公司，经过几年的发展，托尔拓开始形成了高品质的产品定位，全自动化设备生产线。

2009年，托尔拓审时度势，抓住机遇，完成了产品的整体规划和企业的团队组合，为打造灯饰照明行业的新生品牌一展雄姿。

2009年4月TOERTO（中文商标）商标被认定为“中国驰名商标”。
